Know what you are actually buying.<\/strong> Some &#8220;white-label&#8221; offerings are just a reseller agreement with a co-branded login page. That is not white-label, that is affiliate marketing with extra steps. Real white-label means your domain, your colors, your support email, your catalog, and ideally your direct relationship with the artist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Check the catalog export clause.<\/strong> If you ever leave the vendor, can you export every ISRC, every contract, every split, and every royalty history? If the contract is silent on this, your catalog is hostage. This is the single most common way label owners get burned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
