Exceleration will also provide flexible capital, infrastructure, operational expertise, and marketing services. Reach will retain creative and operational independence, and its current leadership team will remain in place. The deal is focused exclusively on new music released from 2026 onward.<\/p>\n<h2>Label Background<\/h2>\n<p>Reach Records was co-founded in 2004 by hip-hop artist <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lecrae.com\">Lecrae<\/a><\/strong>. The label has launched the careers of several artists, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jackie Hill Perry<\/li>\n<li>Hulvey<\/li>\n<li>KB<\/li>\n<li>Andy Mineo<\/li>\n<li>Limoblaze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Executive Commentary<\/h2>\n<p>Glen Barros, Managing Partner at Exceleration Music, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Through their dedicated commitment to the genre, Reach has built a thriving creative community within Christian hip-hop and achieved true brand identity.
