She will continue to release music independently through her label <strong>Hot Girl Productions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, Interscope will distribute her music. Megan Thee Stallion retains ownership of her <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/seeker-music-relaunches-label-to-flip-catalog-songs\/\">masters and publishing rights<\/a>, and the deal includes a collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rocnation.com\"><strong>Roc Nation<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Deal terms<\/h2>\n<p>Megan Thee Stallion will own all of her masters and publishing rights. The arrangement follows a previous distribution deal with <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/miley-cyrus-signs-with-atlantic-records-laufey-joins-uta\/\"><strong>Warner Music Group<\/strong><\/a>, in which she also remained independent while receiving major label distribution support.<\/p>\n<h2>Statements<\/h2>\n<p>Megan Thee Stallion said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI\u2019ve always wanted to create music on my terms while building a legacy that extends beyond the industry.
