Many artists and managers now handle booking follow-up, content production, and back-office administration in addition to creative work.<\/p>\n<h2>Booking follow-up and outreach<\/h2>\n<p>Stewart says the difference between artists who book steadily and those who do not is rarely talent; it is follow-up. The result is more time to work relationships instead of managing logistics.<\/p>\n<h2>Content production and scheduling<\/h2>\n<p>Artists are expected to post consistently, but few have time to do it well after performances, Stewart says. The benefit is a consistent presence without requiring artists to give up their nights to build it.<\/p>\n<h2>Administrative tracking and contracts<\/h2>\n<p>Stewart describes the unglamorous administration behind working artists: contact lists, show histories, offer sheets, invoices, and payment tracking. Neither model was right, he says. When AI carries repetitive infrastructure, agents, managers, and publicists are freed to focus on judgment, taste, relationships, and in-person dealmaking built on
