A Spanish songwriter can pull multi-territorial streaming rights out of SGAE without resigning, because the society’s own statutes break the management contract into 24 separately withdrawable rights categories. The notice period is capped at six months by Spanish law, and the withdrawal cannot be made conditional on joining anyone else.<\/p>\n

Start with what the fee buys<\/h2>\n
