Global music strategy and brand partnerships agency <strong>Light On<\/strong> is the first commercial customer to adopt the suite.<\/p>\n<p>The company describes the release as a \u201cpractical music intelligence stack for organizations working with music at scale.\u201d MusiMap says the technology is based on 40 years of research by musicologist <strong>Pierre Lebecque<\/strong> and is designed to apply the relationship between music and human emotion to commercial use.<\/p>\n<p>The suite analyzes music across more than 120 genres, 60 moods, 70 situations, 48 acoustic attributes, and over 4,000 descriptive keywords in 12 languages.<\/p>\n<h2>Four products in the suite<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MusiTag<\/strong> applies more than 300 emotional, contextual and sonic attributes to individual tracks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MusiSearch<\/strong> allows music supervisors to <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/vocana-launches-sonic-profiler-for-independent-music-discovery\/\">locate tracks according to emotional profile or cultural context<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MusiProfile<\/strong> converts audience preferences into granular insights.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MusiTrace<\/strong> provides fingerprinting that matches songs to known recordings, supporting audio identification, <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/ifpi-launches-streaming-integrity-initiative-to-combat-streaming-fraud\/\">usage monitoring, and royalty management<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Leadership appointment<\/h2>\n<p>To support the launch, MusiMap has appointed <strong>Ty Roberts<\/strong> as Chief Commercial Officer. Roberts brings more than 30 years of music technology and commercial experience, including co-founding <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gracenote.com\/\">Gracenote<\/a><\/strong> and serving as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.universalmusic.com\/\">Universal Music Group<\/a><\/strong>&#8216;s first Chief Technology Officer.<\/p>\n<p>He will focus on strategic partnerships, licensing, and enterprise applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patrick Zucchetta<\/strong>, Chief Revenue Officer at MusiMap, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAt MusiMap, we have spent years building technology that understands music through emotion, context and cultural meaning.
