href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/chartmetric-why-major-tours-are-getting-canceled-in-2026\/\">ticketing company<\/a> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dice.fm\">DICE<\/a><\/strong>, has raised <strong>$250 million<\/strong> in a primary equity financing round.<\/p>\n<p>The company was co-founded by Spaniards <strong>Ignacio Bachiller<\/strong>, <strong>Francisco Hein<\/strong> and <strong>Alexandre P\u00e9rez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fever describes the round as the \u201clargest ever for a live-entertainment tech company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>European private markets investor <strong>EQT<\/strong> led the financing, with significant participation from <strong>Point72 Private Investments<\/strong>, <strong>Baillie Gifford<\/strong>, and other existing investors.<\/p>\n<h2>Growth and partnerships<\/h2>\n<p>The raise follows three years of sustained growth, during which Fever says it more than tripled revenue, remained positive on an EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) basis, and strengthened its position across North America and Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Its partnerships include <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formula1.com\">Formula 1<\/a><\/strong>, SailGP, X Games, Netflix, FC Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Fever says demand for in-person experiences is accelerating as artificial intelligence (AI) reshapes how people engage with entertainment, and the new capital will support its mission to \u201cdemocratize access to culture and live entertainment.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Expansion plans<\/h2>\n<p>The company will use the funding to expand beyond the 55 countries where it currently operates and deepen its presence across major entertainment categories.<\/p>\n<p>It also plans to increase investment in technology and tools for partners to help them understand demand and optimize ticketing.<\/p>\n<p>Under a new global agreement, Fever will serve as an Official Supplier to Formula 1 through 2031, providing ticketing technology and supporting fan-experience
