All three represent clients before the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crb.gov\/\">Copyright Royalty Board<\/a><\/strong> in <em>Phonorecords V<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Artist Rights Institute Director and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uga.edu\/\">University of Georgia<\/a><\/strong> professor <strong>David C. Lowery<\/strong> will moderate. Lowery teaches in the Terry College of Business Music Certificate program.<\/p>\n<p>Lowery led the class action against <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotify.com\/\">Spotify<\/a><\/strong> over unpaid streaming mechanical royalties. He is also a class representative in the <em>Isbell v. Suno<\/em> class action.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium takes place on <strong>October 19, 2026<\/strong>, at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
