Hurt will continue providing hands-on management as the artists gain access to Red Light\u2019s team and relationships.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is about taking what we\u2019ve built at Floating Leaf and giving it an even bigger runway,\u201d Hurt said.<\/p>\n<p>Hurt described the partnership as a way to extend Floating Leaf\u2019s focus on artists\u2019 individual identities and career development through Red Light\u2019s global resources.<\/p>\n<p>For Red Light, the addition expands its presence in country and roots music. Floating Leaf gains opportunities to grow its roster and reach, drawing on Red Light\u2019s decades of experience across genres and markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ben Kline<\/strong> of Red Light Management cited Hurt\u2019s relationships with his artists and said the company would provide its people, industry connections and global reach to support their careers.<\/p>\n<p>Floating Leaf and its roster have continued to grow. Hurt has helped guide Wetzel\u2019s career from his Texas breakthrough into arena performances while developing other artists on the roster.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis isn\u2019t about changing what Floating
