{"id":22871,"date":"2026-10-21T11:22:18","date_gmt":"2026-10-21T11:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/?p=22871"},"modified":"2026-10-21T12:03:14","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T12:03:14","slug":"onerpm-restructures-global-marketing-team-and-names-new-leaders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/onerpm-restructures-global-marketing-team-and-names-new-leaders\/","title":{"rendered":"ONErpm Restructures Global Marketing Team and Names New Leaders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ONErpm<\/strong> has reorganized its roughly <strong>200-person<\/strong> global marketing and promotion team into global and regional hubs to coordinate artist development across territories, the company says.<\/p>\n<p>The changes combine promotions and new hires, while local teams retain responsibility for everyday artist relationships.<\/p>\n<h2>Leadership and specialist hubs<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Iasmine Amazonas<\/strong> has been promoted to chief marketing officer, and <strong>Isaac Miranda<\/strong> has been appointed global marketing director to lead the structure.<\/p>\n<p>The global specialist hubs cover paid media, DSP (digital service provider) relationships, international marketing and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/\">YouTube<\/a> marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Executives include <strong>George D\u2019Errico<\/strong>, global head of streaming partnerships, and <strong>Jenna LoMonaco<\/strong>, senior vice president of international marketing.<\/p>\n<p>New hire <strong>Caroline Abs<\/strong> will oversee additional hubs covering design, social media, studios, and institutional marketing and public relations.<\/p>\n<h2>Regional coverage and international campaigns<\/h2>\n<p>The regional hubs cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The United States<\/li>\n<li>Latin America<\/li>\n<li>Brazil and Lusophone markets<\/li>\n<li>Russia and Eastern Europe<\/li>\n<li>Europe and Africa<\/li>\n<li>APAC (Asia-Pacific)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each regional hub has an assigned leader, apart from Asia-Pacific, where the position remains unfilled.<\/p>\n<p>ONErpm says its workforce now exceeds <strong>600 staff<\/strong> across <strong>48 offices in 37 countries<\/strong>. It opened 24 of those offices during the past five years.<\/p>\n<p>The company cites recent campaigns for Ghana\u2019s <strong>DopeNation<\/strong>, <strong>Brytiago<\/strong>, and <strong>Max Styler<\/strong> and <strong>Ali Love<\/strong> as examples of the cross-territory promotion the hubs are intended to formalize.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ONErpm has
