The partnership brings both versions under one company, with an anniversary edition and further releases planned.<\/p>\n<p>The music rights, publishing and record company was founded by songwriter <strong>Evan Bogart<\/strong> and is backed by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandg.com\/\">M&amp;G Investments<\/a><\/strong>. JoJo, also known as Joanna Levesque, is a multi-platinum recording artist.<\/p>\n<h2>Anniversary and archival releases<\/h2>\n<p>The partnership will open with Seeker\u2019s release of a deluxe <strong>20th anniversary edition<\/strong> of <em>The High Road<\/em>, pairing the original album with bonus tracks. The <strong>2018 re-recordings<\/strong> of both albums will be renamed the <em>Clover Room Editions<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Seeker is also preparing archival music and visual releases drawn from JoJo\u2019s discography. A <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/seeker-music-relaunches-label-to-flip-catalog-songs\/\">new single built around her music<\/a> is in development with an unnamed collaborator described by the company as \u201cone of today\u2019s leading electronic music acts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>JoJo\u2019s <em>The High Road \u2013 20 Years Unplugged<\/em> tour will begin on <strong>November 13<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Existing songwriting connections<\/h2>\n<p>Seeker already holds publishing interests in two of JoJo\u2019s songs through earlier <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/seeker-music-acquires-publishing-catalog-of-cocteau-twins-simon-raymonde\/\">catalog acquisitions<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cToo Little Too Late\u201d<\/strong>, through RuthAnne Cunningham\u2019s publishing catalog.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cLeave (Get Out)\u201d<\/strong>, through Soulshock &amp; Karlin\u2019s catalog via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nottinghillmusic.com\/\">Notting Hill Music<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>JoJo was <strong>13<\/strong> when \u201cLeave (Get Out)\u201d was released, becoming the youngest female solo artist to reach No. 1 on the Top 40 chart. She and Bogart have also written together previously.<\/p>\n<h2>JoJo on bringing the recordings together<\/h2>\n<p>Seeker said its plans aim to recognize JoJo\u2019s work, support revisiting and experimenting with the recordings, and introduce the music to a new generation.<\/p>\n<p>JoJo said the acquisition discussions prompted her interest, which grew as she learned about Seeker\u2019s approach and Bogart\u2019s involvement.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt feels full-circle to have both versions of these albums together with a team committed to finding new ways to amplify
