The dismissal is without prejudice, allowing the case to be refiled.<\/p>\n<h2>The lawsuit and restraining order<\/h2>\n<p><strong>She\u2019s Alive LLC<\/strong>, the company run by Parton\u2019s manager, <strong>Danny Nozell<\/strong>, to oversee her estate, alleged that Seaver had made threats against the estate and related companies. The estate had obtained a temporary restraining order against him.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Court documents alleged that Seaver\u2019s conduct began a few weeks before Parton\u2019s death. They claimed he wrote that he would \u201cdestroy the entire brand\u201d and told an entertainment attorney, \u201cI\u2019m not an entertainment person; I\u2019m a killer.\u201d The filings also alleged that several security employees left their jobs out of concern for their safety and that remaining staff stopped going to the office.<\/p>\n<p>Seaver\u2019s lawyers said the communications had been taken out of context. They asked the court to deny an injunction and dissolve an extension of the temporary restraining order, arguing that its terms affected his work as an estate beneficiary and his family relationships. In an opposition filed last month, they said a broad restriction on contact with people connected to the estate could prevent him from communicating with trustees and their lawyers during the estate administration.<\/p>\n<h2>Family statements<\/h2>\n<p>Parton\u2019s sister <strong>Freida<\/strong> defended Seaver in a Facebook statement and said there \u201cis no feud within our family\u201d despite the company and estate dispute. Another sister, <strong>Stella<\/strong>, wrote on Facebook that their brother <strong>Coy \u201cDenver\u201d Parton<\/strong> had died less than a month before Dolly Parton and that the family was
