MCA<\/strong> has entered a partnership with Nashville-based label ONE4 Records<\/strong>, which was founded by industry veteran Brian Wright<\/strong> and Red Light Management<\/strong>\u2019s Coran Capshaw<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As per Music Row<\/em>, the partnership \u201cshares a focus on artist-first development, songwriting and building lasting careers.\u201d<\/p>\n Music executive Katherine Godwin<\/strong> joins as ONE4\u2019s Creative Director.<\/p>\n The label plans to grow its creative and operational team, with more announcements expected shortly.<\/p>\n News on artist signings will also be forthcoming.<\/p>\n Wright is a 25-year veteran of Universal Music Group<\/strong>, departing the company in 2023 after serving as Executive VP of A&R.<\/p>\n He helped shape some of the biggest albums of the past decade, such as Chris Stapleton<\/strong>\u2019s Traveller<\/em> and Jon Pardi<\/strong>\u2019s California Sunrise.<\/em><\/p>\n Mike Harris<\/strong>, President & CEO of MCA: \u201cAt MCA, we believe the future of this business belongs to companies that are willing to invest deeply in artists, songwriting, and long-term creative development.
