He will also continue to lead A&amp;R for the <strong>FLG Records<\/strong> imprint. Nicholas, who previously held roles at <strong>Spinefarm Records<\/strong> and <strong>So Recordings<\/strong>, joined Frontiers in 2024. His notable signings include <strong>Skunk Anansie<\/strong>, <strong>As It Is<\/strong>, <strong>GLU<\/strong>, and <strong>The XCERTS<\/strong>, and he brought <strong>Steel Panther<\/strong> to the <strong>Frontiers Music<\/strong> imprint.<\/p>\n<h2>Global A&amp;R strategy<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Aldo Lonobile<\/strong> steps into the role of Vice President, Global A&amp;R, where he will coordinate talent scouting, signing strategy, and creative direction for new and existing projects. Over his decade with the label, Lonobile has worked on projects with <strong>Geoff Tate<\/strong>, <strong>Robin McAuley<\/strong>, and <strong>Ronnie Romero<\/strong>, and has signed acts including <strong>Masterplan<\/strong>, <strong>The 69 Eyes<\/strong>, and <strong>John Norum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>PR and communications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Martina Palermo<\/strong> has been named Global Head of PR, overseeing international media strategy, artist communications, and corporate messaging.
