Warner Records has entered a partnership with A&R executive Randall \u201cSickamore\u201d Medford<\/strong> and his New York-based creative institute, three times LOUDER<\/strong>, with alternative R&B singer Laila!<\/strong> named as the venture\u2019s flagship artist.<\/p>\n

The deal builds on three times LOUDER\u2019s existing collaboration with SoundCloud<\/a> and aims to broaden the imprint\u2019s reach. The institute operates a physical space in New York City dedicated to developing hip-hop and R&B talent, guided by the principle that providing artists with room to create is the most essential service a music company can offer.<\/p>\n

Laila!, a Brooklyn-bred artist, released her debut album Gap Year!<\/em> to critical acclaim. The project earned spots on best-of-2024 lists from publications including Pitchfork, Billboard, Complex, VIBE, Vogue, Refinery29, and Okayplayer.<\/p>\n

Sickamore previously served as a senior A&R at Epic Records and Interscope, where he contributed to the Platinum-selling careers of Travis Scott<\/a>, YG, and Sheck Wes. He currently co-manages Don Toliver at Cactus Jack Management alongside Travis Scott and David Stromberg.<\/p>\n
