She reports to Global Head of Music <strong>Romain Vivien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bourgain will be supported by <strong>Liubov Kevkhaian<\/strong>, Vice President of Label &amp; Artist Solutions, who will drive commercial expansion and value creation for labels and artists, acting as a bridge between global strategy and local execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emmanuelle de Hosson<\/strong>, formerly General Director of Play Two, joins Bourgain&#8217;s team as Vice President of Artist Services. She will focus on growth in priority markets, <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/smashfest-summit-co-founder-mickey-shiloh-on-ai-artist-development-and-the-cost-of-real-access\/\">long-term artist development<\/a>, marketing effectiveness, strategic partnerships, and international initiatives.<\/p>\n<h2>Product, Tech and Operations<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Romain Becker<\/strong> has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer, leading a unified Product, Tech and Operations structure. He reports to Founder and CEO <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Denis_Ladegaillerie\">Denis Ladegaillerie<\/a><\/strong>. Becker previously served as Chief Product, Operations and Marketing Services Officer and as President of Label &amp; Artist Solutions at Believe.<\/p>\n<p>Becker&#8217;s leadership team includes Group CTO Antoine Jacoutot, Global SVP Operations Sandrine Lalau-Keraly, and newly appointed Group CPO Luxi Huang.<\/p>\n<p>The company stated that the consolidation creates a single engine designed to drive excellence across product, technology, and operations.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Elsa and Romain are two exceptional leaders, whose deep understanding of Believe and unparalleled market intelligence, will undoubtedly allow them to continue delivering outstanding results as they step into their new roles.
