Its first signing is British dance act <strong>Off Licence<\/strong>, whose debut single &#8220;Bones&#8221; (featuring vocalist plus44) has accumulated close to 1 million streams in its first few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Mateer brings over a decade of major-label experience to the venture. He spent four years at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\">TikTok<\/a>, where he established and led the A&amp;R strategy for <a href=\"https:\/\/interspacemusic.com\/blog\/report-highlights-shifting-priorities-at-tiktok-regarding-music-industry-relationships\/\">SoundOn<\/a> across the EMEA region.
