InterSpace may consider related royalties to be forfeit under the Terms of Use in the following two circumstances:

• InterSpace determines that the royalties and the available balance on your account are the result of fraud or infringement upon third party intellectual property.
• InterSpace receives an infringement claim regarding content registered to your account.

In these cases, the royalties will be used to refund third parties whose rights were infringed.
