# InterSpace Distribution's Policy on AI-Generated Content

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of modern music creation. From composition and sound design to mastering and visual assets, artists are increasingly using AI tools as part of their creative workflow.

At **InterSpace Distribution**, we recognize this shift and have developed a clear, structured policy to support **AI-generated and AI-assisted content**, while maintaining quality, compliance, and platform trust.

#### Our Position on AI-Generated Music

InterSpace Distribution accepts AI-generated and AI-assisted music when it is released under the appropriate plans and meets our content, rights, and quality standards.

AI content is not rejected by default. However, due to the increased technical, copyright, and platform-compliance risks associated with AI music, its distribution is limited to plans that allow enhanced review and oversight.

#### Plans That Support AI Content

InterSpace Distribution accepts AI-generated or AI-assisted releases under the following plans:

- **Artist Plus Plan**
- **Label Plan**

These plans support AI content through:

- Manual quality assessment
- Metadata and artwork validation
- Rights and ownership review
- Release volume monitoring
- Platform compliance checks

This structured review process ensures it is delivered responsibly and remains eligible for monetization across digital service providers (DSPs).

#### AI Content Submitted Under Other InterSpace Distribution plan

We don’t support AI-generated content under plans outside the Artist Plus or Label plans.

Our system automatically identifies releases indicated as AI-generated or AI-assisted. When such releases are submitted under unsupported plans, they are carefully reviewed and may be rejected for not meeting plan eligibility requirements.

This policy helps protect:

- The integrity of our catalog
- The credibility of our artist network
