## Seven steps, one dashboard.

Day 0

### Create your account

Sign up with your email, choose a plan or start on the free tier, and add your artist profile. Accounts are open from age 16. Identity verification (a government-issued photo ID) is only needed when you first request a withdrawal.

### Build the release

Upload WAV audio and 3000 × 3000 artwork, then add titles, credits, lyrics, territories and a release date. Declare any AI involvement and the country of recording. ISRCs and UPCs are issued if you do not have your own.

### Quality review

Our team checks every release against store rules before delivery: artwork text, title formatting, credits, cover-song licences, samples and disclosure. If something needs fixing you get the reason in the dashboard and resubmit at no cost.

### Delivery to the stores

Approved releases are packaged with the metadata each store expects and delivered straight away. Releases can be live the same day, and most stores show them within hours. You can watch each store's status from the release page.

Release day

### Live, with a SmartLink

Your SmartLink goes into play mode, and your pre-save page, if you bought one, switches with it. Share one link everywhere. Content ID starts matching your audio on YouTube.

### Statements

Stores report on a delay, usually one to three months behind the streams. As each store's reporting lands, your statement updates by store, track and country. Past periods stay available to download.

Once your balance passes the minimum payout threshold, request a withdrawal from the dashboard or the app. Payouts are made in your chosen currency, with NGN, USD, EUR, GBP, GHS and ZAR supported. Splits pay each collaborator their own share.

## What the stores expect.

Audio
**WAV, 16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1 kHz or higher.** Lossy files are rejected by most stores. Keep the master you would send to a mastering engineer.

Artwork
**3000 × 3000 pixels, RGB, JPG or PNG.** No URLs, prices, social handles or store logos anywhere on the cover.

Titles
**No promotional text.** "Official", "Exclusive", "New" and similar words in a title get a release sent back.

Credits
**Primary artist, featured artists, writers and producers** named exactly as they are credited elsewhere, so the stores match them to the right profiles.

Disclosure
**AI involvement and country of recording** are declared on every release. Required since May 2026, and checked during review.

Codes
**ISRCs and UPCs are issued for you** if you do not already have them. If you hold your own, enter them and your history carries over.

Lead time
**Live as soon as the same day after approval.** Give yourself more if you want a pre-order, playlist consideration or a coordinated release date across stores.

## Common questions about the process.

**How long does it take before my song goes live?**
Releases can be live the same day they are approved. Most stores show them within hours, and a few take up to a couple of days to index. You can monitor each store's status from the release page in the dashboard.
**When and how do I receive payment?**
Royalties are paid out monthly once your earnings pass the minimum payout threshold. Payments are requested from the dashboard and paid in your selected currency, with NGN, USD, EUR, GBP, GHS and ZAR supported.
**What identification is accepted to verify my account?**
Government-issued photo identification such as a national ID card, international passport or driver's licence. Requirements can vary by region and account type, and verification is only required before your first withdrawal.
**Can I upload MP3 files?**
No. Stores require lossless audio. Upload WAV files at 16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1 kHz or higher.
**Can I distribute cover songs?**
Yes, with a mechanical licence. We have partnered with Easy Song Licensing so you can clear any song for $19.99 plus royalties in one to two business days. See the song licensing page.
**What if I already have ISRCs and UPCs?**
Enter them on the release and they are used as-is, so your streaming history and chart eligibility carry over from your previous distributor.
