Skye Newman Performs London Album Launch Concert
Skye Newman, a featured artist in the RADAR U.K. program, performed at a concert in East London last month to mark the release of her debut album, SE9. Approximately 1,000 attendees were present at the performance in Hackney Church.
The concert featured songs from the new album, including “Man of the House” and “Woman I Am,” as well as previously released tracks like “Hairdresser.” Newman performed from both the main stage and a raised platform, offering an intimate performance experience.
During several songs, Newman was accompanied by a choir from the Flames Collective, an organization supporting young singers.
This year, Skye Newman received two BRIT Award nominations and was named the winner of BBC Radio 1’s Sound of 2026. She recently joined the RADAR program.
The RADAR program, established in 2020, has provided support to over 1,000 emerging artists representing more than 180 countries.
