What is InterSpace Distribution?

InterSpace Distribution is a music distribution company in Nigeria, offering a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of artists, record labels, and music professionals worldwide.

What platforms do you distribute to?

We distribute to all platforms including but not limited to; iTunes, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Audiomack, Pandora, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Spotify, TikTok, Apple Music and several others.

How do I request payments?

Payments can be requested from the artiste portal page.

When and how do I receive my link after upload?

The link to your song is sent on the release date. It will be sent via email to the address you created the account with.

How long does it take before my song goes live?

It takes between 2-5 working days. However, it is possible to get links to some streaming platforms within the first 12 hours.

My song is on another artist’s Apple Music Account.

Can I upload MP3 formatted songs?

The standard format for delivering songs is in a WAV format. Please use any Mp3 to WAV converter tool available online

How can I create and distribute my release?

To distribute your album, you must select “Create a release” (regardless of the format) in Catalog > Albums. This is the process that must always be done, whether it’s an album, an EP, or a single. Please Note: (For Mobile) Rotate your phone to landscape mode when on the Album section to create a release. You can also read our User Guide

How frequently will my report be updated on the dashboard?

Your dashboard will be updated as soon as reports come in from the various streaming platforms. (Note: reports come in at different times depending on the streaming service).

Can I distribute cover songs?

Cover songs are accepted as long as the proper license is obtained. We recommend using to license cover songs, but clients are welcome to use any service they’d like.

Do you offer music promotion?

We regularly promote our artists through our playlists and site content, but most of the marketing and promo services are fee-based.

What means of identification is accepted to verify my account?

Now, users must undergo a one-time ID verification before distributing their releases to DSPs. We accept only International Passport, Premium National ID card and Drivers license.

I have been having issues with my login. My account is not authorized.

Click Forgot Password. Enter the email address on the account. Select Submit. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click on the URL provided by InterSpace Support in the email and enter a new password.
