Newly announced tours from William Shatner, Metallica, HA*ASH, Arkells, Ninajirachi and Suki Waterhouse span metal, Latin pop, indie rock, electronic music and pop. The schedules include a 95-year-old actor’s first heavy metal concert, a tour extension into 2027, an 18-city North American run, three-venue city takeovers, a January club routing and a Sydney Opera House Forecourt date.
Shatner and Metallica
At 95 years old, William Shatner played his first heavy metal concert at Chicago’s Park West over the weekend, then performed at Riot Fest the following day. Backed by The *uckers, he delivered spoken-word versions of Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Crazy Train,’ Motörhead’s ‘Ace of Spades’ and Metallica’s ‘Enter Sandman.’ The set also included material from his forthcoming album, What the F Is Heavy Metal?
Metallica launched the M72 World Tour in April 2023, and the production now extends into 2027. Live Nation reports the tour has played 99 shows across 26 countries and drawn nearly five million fans. The M72 tour has developed its own visual identity, including stage design, fan expectations and branded experiences.
HA*ASH and Arkells
Mexican-American sisters Hanna and Ashley, known as HA*ASH, will return to the US and Canada next spring for the 18-city No Me Hablen de Amor: Gira 2027. The run follows the HAASHVILLE tour, which Live Nation reports moved more than 66,000 tickets and produced 16 sold-out shows.
Arkells are expanding their Between Us city-takeover format to Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Ottawa this November. Instead of playing one venue per city, the band will spend three nights in each market across three different venues.
Ninajirachi and Suki Waterhouse
Australian electronic artist Ninajirachi is extending the I Love My Computer and It Loves Me Tour with another North American leg in January. The new dates include Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, Chicago, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington, New York and Toronto, before wrapping January 23 in Montreal.
Suki Waterhouse will take her Loveland Tour to Australia this December, including a performance on the Sydney Opera House Forecourt.
