A searchable promoter database is scheduled to launch in 2027, with profiles detailing artists booked, events produced and primary locations. The project was announced on the main stage of the 56th International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA) conference in Nashville.

Chief Growth Officer Vivian Wang Donohue presented the plans at the Grand Hyatt Nashville on Sunday, October 4, alongside IEBA Executive Director Brian Wagner and Chairman Adam Weiser. More than 150 live music professionals attended the session.

On Monday, October 5, Legends Global and Please & Thank You joined a rooftop reception at Flat Top Box in The Pinnacle. Nearly 300 guests attended, including representatives from AEG Presents, Red Light Management, Live Nation, WME, Messina Touring Group, UTA, AXS, StubHub and Sixthman. A lobby merchandise event offered promoters early access sign-ups for the database.

A separate dinner, Admit One, was held with fan-to-fan resale platform Tixel at Adele’s in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood.
