German live entertainment companies Headline Concerts and neuwerk music Management have merged to form headline music.
The merger took effect on September 1 after several years of collaboration between the two firms.
The combined company brings together artist rosters, networks and industry expertise. Its activities will span touring, club shows, festivals and artist management.
A media release said day-to-day operations will continue without major changes for artists, venues and clients.
Pedram Sadighi of neuwerk music said the merger will enable the combined company to operate more flexibly in the market while offering a broader range of services to its partners.
headline music will be headquartered in Bonn, with additional offices in Hamburg and Berlin.
