ONErpm has reorganized its roughly 200-person global marketing and promotion team into global and regional hubs to coordinate artist development across territories, the company says.

The changes combine promotions and new hires, while local teams retain responsibility for everyday artist relationships.

Leadership and specialist hubs

Iasmine Amazonas has been promoted to chief marketing officer, and Isaac Miranda has been appointed global marketing director to lead the structure.

The global specialist hubs cover paid media, DSP (digital service provider) relationships, international marketing and YouTube marketing.

Executives include George D’Errico, global head of streaming partnerships, and Jenna LoMonaco, senior vice president of international marketing.

New hire Caroline Abs will oversee additional hubs covering design, social media, studios, and institutional marketing and public relations.

Regional coverage and international campaigns

The regional hubs cover:

  • The United States
  • Latin America
  • Brazil and Lusophone markets
  • Russia and Eastern Europe
  • Europe and Africa
  • APAC (Asia-Pacific)

Each regional hub has an assigned leader, apart from Asia-Pacific, where the position remains unfilled.

ONErpm says its workforce now exceeds 600 staff across 48 offices in 37 countries. It opened 24 of those offices during the past five years.

The company cites recent campaigns for Ghana’s DopeNation, Brytiago, and Max Styler and Ali Love as examples of the cross-territory promotion the hubs are intended to formalize.
