Partisan Music, the independent music company that grew out of indie label Partisan Records, has merged its publishing operations with independent publisher OTM Music.
Under the agreement, OTM Music will absorb the employees and roster of Left Music, the publishing house Partisan launched in 2022. The merger follows Partisan’s purchase of Firebird‘s stake in OTM.
The combined company will operate from offices in London, Los Angeles, New York, and Paris. Partisan’s sync team will be integrated into OTM’s services department.
Alex Sheridan remains Founder and CEO of OTM Music. Craig Michie becomes President and Head of North America, and Kate Sweetsur, who joined OTM in 2024, serves as Head of A&R (artists and repertoire).
