Too Lost Music Group has promoted six executives, expanding leadership responsibilities across finance, artists and repertoire, strategy, commercial operations, artist services and investments. The appointments support the company’s international expansion and investment activities.

Six leadership appointments

The executives and their new titles are:

  • Mark VanAtta: Senior Vice President, Finance.
  • Marc Emert-Hutner: Senior Vice President, Artists and Repertoire.
  • Aldo Davalos: Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development.
  • Jen Ferrer: Vice President, Commercial Strategy.
  • Adrian Burke: Vice President, Artist and Label Services.
  • Nate Fisher: Vice President, Artist and Label Investments.

“As we continue to grow, it is increasingly important that we invest in the people who have helped us get here and give them the opportunity to take on greater leadership across the organization,” said Too Lost chief executive officer and co-founder Gregory Hirschhorn.

Finance, acquisitions and investments

VanAtta will retain oversight of key financial operations as Too Lost expands internationally and increases its investment activity. The finance team supported double-digit growth in gross revenue, net revenue, gross profit and platform revenue during Q2 2026.

His work has also included strengthening financial reporting, advance and recoupment reporting, treasury and banking processes, working-capital management, tax and international reporting, and financial integration across the company’s portfolio of businesses.

Davalos will continue directing strategic initiatives and corporate development, including assessments of partnerships, investments, acquisitions and other opportunities. His work has encompassed acquisitions, catalog investments and strategic partnerships.

Too Lost recently completed its partnership with GYRO.Group, extending its presence in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region while adding distribution, white-label and artist services capabilities. It continues to assess opportunities worldwide across music distribution, record labels, catalogs, technology platforms and artist services businesses.

Fisher’s investment role will support advance deployment and catalog acquisitions. He will report directly to Jay Moore, Chief Investment Officer.

Commercial strategy and artist services

Ferrer and Burke will take broader responsibilities within the global artist and label services operation, helping develop and implement commercial strategies for relationships with artists, labels, platforms and strategic partners.

Over the past three years, Ferrer has helped establish and expand Too Lost’s product management and digital marketing teams and strengthen relationships with major digital service providers (DSPs). She has also directed commercial strategy for campaigns involving HUGEL, The All-American Rejects, 1nonly and Princess Superstar.

Burke joined through the acquisitions of GROUP SPEED and GYRO.Group, bringing experience in premium artist services, artist development and high-touch account management. He will oversee the integration and expansion of GROUP SPEED’s capabilities, making its premium service model available to more artists, labels and partners across the group.

Public distribution data

Too Lost has also introduced a public transparency report containing operational data drawn directly from its administrative systems and updated continuously.

The report tracks delivery actions processed through the platform, including new releases, metadata changes and takedowns. It also details the genre composition of the live catalog, the countries where accounts and listener streams are concentrated, and client activity over time.
