Warner Chappell Music has signed an exclusive worldwide publishing administration agreement with My Chemical Romance, bringing the band’s entire catalog and future works under its administration.
The deal adds publishing to the band’s existing recording and merchandise relationships with Warner Music Group, Warner Chappell Music’s parent company.
The agreement covers the following albums:
- Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge
- The Black Parade
- Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys
- I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love
Warner Chappell will handle worldwide rights administration, copyright protection and tailored synchronization licensing for film, television and video games. It will also pursue creative opportunities for the band’s catalog.
My Chemical Romance’s relationship with Warner Records began in 2003. The band also has a global merchandise partnership through Warner Music Group.
The band’s Black Parade 2026 stadium tour included three sold-out nights at London’s Wembley Stadium. During the tour, its catalog reached several leading positions on the UK charts.
Two albums simultaneously occupied the top two positions on the Official Rock & Metal Albums chart, with a third also in the Top 10.
The tour will conclude with five nights at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles as the band marks the 20th anniversary of The Black Parade. A deluxe edition is scheduled for October 23.
