WME Hires Three New Contemporary Music Agents
William Morris Endeavor announced three new hires for its contemporary music department on May 13, 2026. All three individuals will be based in the agency’s London office.
Jana Recmanikova will join WME’s Contemporary Music Department. Prior to this appointment, she worked as a Talent Buyer and Promoter for Festival Republic, contributing to events including Reading & Leeds Festival, Gunnersbury Park, and Finsbury Park.
Kath Butler and Giulia Spadaro have been promoted to Agent positions. Butler has been with WME since 2023, and Spadaro joined the agency in 2022. Both will concentrate on international touring in their new roles.

Jana’s extensive experience on the promoter side of top UK festivals will offer our roster a unique and valuable perspective as she joins the International Festival team.
