Starbenders bassist Aaron Lecesne has launched a subscription-based parody fan site called OnlyVans, offering followers a behind-the-scenes look at the band’s European tour through exclusive photos and chat access.

The site, a tongue-in-cheek nod to a well-known adult content platform, was inspired by an offhand joke from frontwoman Kimi Shelter after a show. Lecesne built the site that same night.

OnlyVans documents the band’s travels across Europe and the UK, with a focus on the meticulous packing of their tour van, which the band has named The Beast. The van is also the title of their latest full-length record, The Beast Goes On.

How OnlyVans Works

The site operates through the band’s Discord server, where subscribers receive roles that unlock exclusive channels. A “Roadie” subscription provides a read-only feed of photos from the road and what Lecesne describes as “the most satisfying gear packs on the planet.” The “Ride-Or-Die” tier adds the ability to send messages and chat directly with the band during the tour.
