Live Nation and Livewire have introduced Music Festival Tycoon on Roblox, a new experience that lets players design, build, and manage their own virtual music festivals.

Drawing inspiration from the more than 200 real-world festivals Live Nation produces each year, the game enables users to book artists, construct stages, and curate full lineups. Brands can also extend physical festival sponsorships into the Roblox environment through sponsored stages, custom activations, creator collaborations, and virtual merchandise.

K-pop boyband CORTIS is the first artist to headline the experience. Fans can watch virtual performances, unlock exclusive avatars based on each member, and create festivals featuring a dedicated CORTIS stage.

Lollapalooza becomes the first real-world festival to appear in Music Festival Tycoon. Players can build festivals with recognizable Lollapalooza elements, including the main stage, the iconic lollipop mascot, a Chicago-style hot dog vendor, and an official merchandise stand.

The experience has already attracted more than 3.5 million visits and generated over 23 million in-game performances.

“Festivals have always been shaped by the fans who attend them. Music Festival Tycoon brings that same creativity to Roblox, where fans can build, personalize and share festival experiences of their own,” said Anubhav Mehrotra, Head of Product, Data and Fan Engagement at Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.
