Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has opened a new 75,000-square-foot office in Nashville Yards, a move that consolidates 160 employees across multiple divisions. Staff will begin working from the space on July 6.
The office will house departments spanning music, sports, and brand consulting, including:
- Global Touring
- Music Brand Partnerships
- Tour Marketing
- Creators
- Baseball
- Football
- Coaches
- Brand Consulting
- Property Sales
CAA ICON, the agency’s division overseeing major stadium projects, will also operate from the new location. The group previously played a key role in developing Nashville SC’s GEODIS Park and is currently working on the Tennessee Titans’ new Nissan Stadium.
The facility includes dedicated recording and content-capture studios for clients.
