Zimbabwean singer and songwriter Max Ari has released a new single titled Magic through independent label Bridgenorth Music.

The Afro-pop track examines the exhilaration and emotional depth of falling in love, weaving melodic hooks and contemporary African sounds with lyrics about the transformative power of romantic connection.

The song zeroes in on the early moments of a relationship, from flirtation and vulnerability to the sensation of being utterly captivated. Its core message is that love can render ordinary experiences extraordinary.

“Magic is about that person who changes your entire atmosphere,” Max Ari said. “When you’re with them, everything feels lighter, brighter, and almost impossible to explain.”

The release is part of Max Ari’s growth as an emerging artist on the Bridgenorth Music roster. His sound blends contemporary Afro-pop with soulful melodies and personal storytelling, and Magic continues his emphasis on relatable themes and emotionally driven songwriting.
