Tomorrowland, held in the town of Boom, generated an estimated 60,000 overnight hotel stays in Brussels, roughly 27 kilometres away, according to the Brussels Hotel Association (BHA). The festival maintains partnerships with 43 official hotels in the capital.
Hotel Le Plaza on Adolphe Maxlaan was fully booked, hosting 1,000 festival-goers. The property provided a special make-up service for attendees. Hotel director Laurent Dekeef said the aim was to “extend the Boom experience right up to the doors of the Plaza,” despite the hotel’s traditional character.
Brussels Airlines transported nearly 25,000 festival-goers from 106 countries across 409 flights, an increase of 10,000 passengers compared to 2024. The carrier operated seven official Tomorrowland party flights, each with a live onboard DJ, from departure points including Ibiza, Barcelona and Prague. Over 1,000 passengers booked those themed flights.
Residents in Boom and neighbouring towns earned thousands of euros by providing services to attendees.
