The 2026 School of Rock AllStars Tour raised more than $16,000 for youth music education scholarships over a summer run of 34 shows in 33 US cities, the organization announced on September 29.

Where the money goes

The funds will go to the Play Without Limits Project, a nonprofit that helps students who could not otherwise afford it join School of Rock programs. Donations remain open through the project.

About the tour

  • 162 students took part from 99 School of Rock locations in eight countries.
  • They were split into six teams and played over 10 days.
  • Venues included Sony Hall in New York, Trees in Dallas and the House of Blues in San Diego.
  • Local School of Rock house bands opened each show.

School of Rock says fewer than 1 percent of its students earn an AllStars spot. Between sets, participants spoke about their experiences and encouraged the audience to back scholarships. For the players, the tour paired time on professional stages with a chance to help other students get started, and the money raised extends that chance beyond this year’s group.
