Thundercat has announced a 32-date North American tour, The Distracted AF Tour, set to begin October 2 in Miami and conclude December 11 in Austin. The run follows his latest album, Distracted, and features support from Channel Tres, TiaCorine, Fera, 54 Ultra, and Kitty Ca$h on select dates.

A Tour Built on Persona
The tour title transforms the album concept into a self-description, deepening the persona that has grown around the artist born Stephen Lee Bruner. Known as a jazz-R&B fusion bassist, Thundercat first gained wide recognition through work with Flying Lotus, Kendrick Lamar (including To Pimp a Butterfly and DAMN.), and Kamasi Washington. Over time, audiences also came to know his obsessions with anime, cats, video games, absurdist humor, and technically dazzling bass playing. The live show brings those elements together as a coherent character.
