VVS Lagos has released “Love Is War,” the second single from its forthcoming project, ‘Descendants.’ The track pairs Minz and Wizard Chan on a record that follows the project’s first single, “Unlimited.”
Produced with restraint and atmospheric weight, “Love Is War” occupies a sonic space where polished Afropop meets raw South-South Nigerian storytelling. Minz delivers melodic clarity shaped by longing, distance, and emotional calculation, while Wizard Chan counters with a riverine cadence that grounds the song in truths both ancestral and immediate.
