Canadian electronic producer Jacques Greene has announced his third studio album, ‘jg’, set for release on 16 October via LUCKYME. The 11-track project is his first full-length record built specifically for the dancefloor.
Alongside the announcement, Greene shared the new single ‘Presence’.
“This record moves away from concepts and follows an intuition for places where I wanted to be and where I would be wanted,” Greene said in a statement.
Album Background and Collaborators
‘jg’ follows Greene’s previous solo LPs ‘Feel Infinite’ (2017) and ‘Dawn Chorus’ (2019), as well as his 2025 collaborative project with Nosaj Thing under the name Verses GT. The album includes the earlier singles ‘Closer’ (featuring DJ Boring) and ‘What You Say’ (produced with umru).
