Calvin Harris has sold 330,000 tickets for ten Australian outdoor concerts in February 2027. The sold-out run marks his first dedicated headline tour of the country, following appearances largely at festivals.

Promoter Untitled Group describes the run as the largest electronic headline tour in Australian history. Five shows at Sydney’s Domain are expected to attract 150,000 fans.

The announcement coincided with another large electronic headline event: Dom Dolla drew 60,000 fans to Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium, Frontier Touring said in a September 25 recap.

That hometown concert followed his Australian stadium debut at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium in December 2025. The Melbourne performance featured a new production designed for the larger venue.

Support artists on the Melbourne bill were:

  • Green Velvet
  • Torren Foot
  • RONA. performing back-to-back with DJ JNETT

The bookings demonstrate demand for artist-led events outside festivals. Harris’s Sydney schedule spreads that demand across five outdoor performances in the same market.

Ticket sales alone do not establish profitability. Headline concerts must cover their production costs, and the announcements provide no evidence that stadium shows are cheaper, simpler or more profitable than festival bookings.

These two acts also have distinct advantages: Harris has an extensive hit catalogue, while Dom Dolla’s Melbourne event combined hometown appeal with his expanding international live career.
