Believe has named Viktoria Siniavskaia president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), creating a new leadership position as it moves to give local markets greater authority over decisions.
The independent music company says the appointment forms part of a shift towards stronger regional leadership across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
