Doussan Music Group has opened its second office in Nashville, Tennessee, and expanded its leadership team to support its concert promotion and touring operations across North America.
The independent live entertainment company, also known as DMG Presents, retains its headquarters in Covington, Louisiana. Its Nashville office is in Wedgewood Houston.
Two hires and a booking promotion
Anna Margaret Kilgore joined the company as Talent Buyer in April 2026. She will develop its event portfolio and relationships with artists, agencies and venues nationwide.
Kilgore graduated from Mississippi State University in May 2023 and moved to Nashville shortly afterward. She began at Peachtree Entertainment as a Marketing Assistant.
She became a Project Manager in March 2024 and a Touring Promoter in December 2024. Her experience spans touring, live events, artist development and venues of different sizes, alongside relationships with agents and managers.
Hale Neitzschman has been appointed Director of Finance, overseeing financial operations, event settlements, strategic planning and initiatives supporting organizational growth.
Neitzschman graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a concentration in Financial Analysis.
He previously worked as a Finance Associate at DelRicht Research, gaining experience in financial management, reporting and business operations.
At DMG, his responsibilities include strengthening financial infrastructure and improving settlement and reporting processes as the touring and promotion schedule expands.
Rebecca Saladis has been promoted to Director of Booking, Touring, & Artist Relations after working on the company’s touring operations and artist partnerships.
Her expanded responsibilities cover booking strategy, tour execution and artist relations.
Stadium shows and fall touring
The office opening follows a touring schedule that includes stadium concerts, arena dates and fall tours:
- Across 2025 and 2026, DMG promoted and produced seven college stadium dates featuring The Boys From Oklahoma package, with Turnpike Troubadours, Cross Canadian Ragweed and other Red Dirt country artists. All seven sold out or came close to selling out.
- Earlier this year, DMG co-promoted Alan Jackson‘s final touring performance at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium. The concert concluded a two-year, 10-city arena tour that the company also co-promoted.
- The company recently launched a 16-date fall tour with platinum-selling country artist Jon Pardi.
- It also launched 10 dates for Aaron Lewis‘s Acoustic Origins tour, all scheduled for November.
Nashville expansion
DMG’s business spans concert promotion, tour production, artist relations and venue partnerships. The Nashville office adds a base for its work with artists, agents, venues and partners across North America.
“Opening our Nashville office, in Wedgewood Houston, the new music hub, is a natural next step in our evolution”, said Russell Doussan, President and Chief Executive Officer.
The company is preparing to announce multiple tours this fall that will take place in 2027.
