SoundCloud will take on every Nina Protocol artist’s catalog as Nina winds down
SoundCloud has announced it will acquire Nina Protocol, the blockchain-based music service that launched in 2021. Artists with music on the platform will be able to opt in to SoundCloud’s creator program.
Nina artists can use SoundCloud’s services for distribution, direct fan monetization, audience growth, and fan engagement to disseminate and earn from the music they had on Nina Protocol.
SoundCloud lets artists keep 100% of their royalties.
SoundCloud will also retain Nina’s editorial archive.
