Carianne Marshall will step down as Co-Chair and Chief Operating Officer of Warner Chappell Music (WCM), the publishing division of Warner Music Group (WMG), effective October 1.
Leadership change
Guy Moot, WCM’s CEO, will become sole Chair on that date. Marshall will stay with the company through the end of 2026 to support the leadership transition.
The company said the change is intended to streamline its leadership structure.
Marshall joined WCM in June 2018 and became Co-Chair in April 2019. During her tenure, she launched the company’s Creative Services department.
