So far, over 250,000 Laylo users have opted in to use the AI Agent

Laylo, the CRM and direct messaging platform that connects artists to fans, has just launched Discovery Agent, its new AI agent. This program analyzes the artists a user is already a fan of and uses that data to recommend shows for new artists.

This is Laylo’s first AI agent that grows an artist’s reach instead of converting existing fans into marketing leads and customers.

Users were required to opt-in to the service in order to receive AI recommendations. Over 250,000 have opted in so far.

More than 40,000 shows for close to 600 artists have been sent.

Once a user has opted in, they receive Discovery Agent recommendations along with their monthly text of shows from artists they already follow.

Discovery Agent will take the events a new artist has on their Laylo account and send them as part of the same text.

Each artist adds a Spotify link to their account, so fans can discover new music alongside new events.

Discovery Agent is now live on Laylo Pro and Enterprise plans.

Alec Ellin, Co-Founder and CEO of Laylo: “Every artist and event has fans who’d buy a ticket tomorrow if they knew the show existed.”

Sajan Sanghvi, Co-Founder and CTO of Laylo: “CRMs have traditionally helped artists re-engage the fans they already have. We’ve spent the past year building an audience of fans who want to discover artists they may not know yet. Discovery Agent means every artist on Laylo can now put shows and presales in front of that audience.”
