Tuned Global and Leel Phone have entered a partnership to support Leel Music, a curated streaming service for Leel Phone’s child-first smartphone platform. The service is expected to launch in Q4 2026 in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Leel Phone is a child-safe smartphone and secure digital system designed for children aged 5 to 12. It blocks open web browsing and social media. The company is integrating music into its protected ecosystem alongside safe communication, parental controls, age-appropriate video and games.

Platform and licensing scope

Under the partnership, Tuned Global will provide the technology foundation for Leel Music. That includes:

  • White-label music applications
  • Content management system (CMS)
  • Application programming interfaces (APIs)
  • Metadata services
  • Explicit-content controls
  • Rights-aware infrastructure

Leel Phone will retain responsibility for music licensing and editorial curation. Tuned Global will supply the platform that supports operation across multiple territories.

Executive comment

Con Raso, founder and managing director of Tuned Global, said:

Kids’ technology companies are no longer simply building safer devices. They’re building complete digital ecosystems that children genuinely want to use and parents can confidently trust. Music is an incredibly powerful part of childhood, but delivering it responsibly requires much more than adding a streaming player. Providers need the right licensing model, content management capabilities, metadata, editorial controls and rights-aware infrastructure from day one. We’re proud to support Leel Phone with our Music Cloud Platform as it brings a safe, curated music experience into its child-first ecosystem and shows what’s possible when safety, technology and entertainment are designed together.
