Live Nation has confirmed that its new purpose-built Singapore venue on Orchard Road will be named Grange House. The 3,000-capacity space is scheduled to open by mid-2027.
The venue is positioned to fill a gap between Singapore’s smaller venues and its large-scale arenas and stadiums. Live Nation said the project will create new opportunities for artists and tours while supporting the rejuvenation of Orchard Road.
Design and access
Grange House was designed by Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design team. The company said the venue will pair “exceptional acoustics and sightlines with bespoke hospitality, curated food and drink options, and artist facilities designed to meet international touring standards.”
The facility will be open to all promoters and event organizers. Its indoor and outdoor areas are intended to draw visitors throughout the day.
The development is being carried out with support from the Singapore Tourism Board.
Leadership comment
“Singapore has been an important market for Live Nation since launching in 2006. During that time, we’ve invested in our local team, built strong partnerships and brought an incredible range of artists and live experiences to fans here. We continue to see enormous potential for live entertainment in Singapore, and Grange House is the next step in that journey.”
Edward Liu, Managing Director, Live Nation Singapore, made the statement.
