Suno has introduced Spark, a new incubator program that offers grants, mentorship, and dedicated marketing support to unsigned independent artists who use its AI music generation platform.

The program is open to indie singers, songwriters, and producers releasing music under their own name. Participants must incorporate Suno into their creative process and host the resulting music on the platform, though songs do not need to be fully created with Suno. Artists retain commercial rights to their works and may release them on other services.

Program Benefits

Spark provides several forms of support:

  • Financial grants (amount and number not disclosed)
  • Additional funding earmarked for marketing
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Collaboration with established artists at Suno writing camps

Non-Disparagement Clause

The program’s terms include a clause titled “Good Vibes Only,” which requires participants to agree that they will not make any statements, directly or indirectly, that portray Suno, its personnel, or its products and services in a negative light. This obligation extends during the program term and thereafter.
