Nigerian artist Swayvee will release a new project, “PersWaysion,” on August 14, 2026. The release serves as the opening chapter of a series titled “A Yearner’s Diary.”
The project examines the internal experience of being consumed by attraction, moving through desire, fantasy, vulnerability, obsession, and emotional surrender. Its title is a play on the artist’s name, suggesting persuasion by both the artist and the figure at the center of his thoughts.
Swayvee has shared the project in fragments during the rollout, presenting it as pages from a private diary. “PersWaysion” arrives August 14, 2026.
