Tixel has been appointed the exclusive fan-to-fan resale and waitlist partner for a music industry data and insights platform, in a 360-degree brand deal spanning content, data, and live events for the next 12 months.

The partnership positions Tixel as the “Presented By” sponsor of the platform’s Trending People content series, which tracks influential managers and agents shaping the music business. The sponsorship will appear across the platform’s email, social media, and newsfeed channels.

As part of the collaboration, the platform is building a custom data pipeline to support Tixel’s expansion in the United States, which launched in 2025. The two companies will also co-host a series of intimate dinners and happy hour events in Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville for managers, agents, and promoters they work with closely.

Tixel becomes the latest category-exclusive partner for the platform, following agreements with Please & Thank You in VIP experiences and Hive in CRM.

“The secondary ticket market has spent a decade training fans to expect the worst. Tixel is one of the few companies building against that instead of profiting from it,” said Vivian Donohue, Chief Growth Officer of the platform. “Our audience is the people who book these tours, so they see both ends of it: spec listings flooding the market, and what fans are left with after the show sells out. They need to know a safe and fair resale option like this exists.”

Jason Webb, Co-Founder and COO of Tixel, said: “Ticket resale happens on every tour and festival whether anyone plans for it or not. Having a clear resale strategy means fans buy early with confidence and you minimize the chance of them getting ripped off by predatory secondary practices. Partnering with this platform helps us open up these conversations with artist teams well ahead of the on-sale.”
